This is a long read yea i know im sorry.

So about two weeks ago i was in my 1st per class and i tapped my old buddy with a pen and wait for him to turn around, he reaches in his pocket without hesitating and pulls out a knife. I knew him to joke with knives so i thought nothing of it until he jabbed at me and actually STABBED me in the leg. i didnt really feel anything until i looked at my leg and saw a hole in my jeans and reached down and grabbed my leg. When i did my hand was covered in blood and i left the class without even thinking of getting him back. Told the school that i got my leg caught in the desk somehow, went to the hospital got 3 stitches and limped for a week. I told him the day i got back that we were gunna fight ASA my stitches were out, and he said ok. I got them out thursday, and got ready to fight. Told him friday we were gunna do it, he says hes got "work applications" to fill out. I say ok and said sometime later that day he agrees. School ends me and my buddies ride out and see him walkin down to someones house, i stop about 2 houses in front of him and he immediatly turns into a house. One of my buddies knocks on the door and tells him to get his *** out here, he says no blah blah he doesnt come out. We go looking for him aster and talk to his brother his brother tells me to meet the guy im fighting at the movies at 7:00 i say ok, and at 6:45 i show up. I wait till 7:15 and get a text saying hes at the football game, we head over to the game. One of my friends go in and tell him to come out(noone had money) he says i texted him saying i didnt wanna fight, then he says he wont fight me. We wait a bit, and see him close to one of the fences and start talking **** to his face. We yell for him to get his ***** *** out here, blah blah (btw im smaller than this guy). He comepletely ignores us and has his buddies to tell us to leave, we keep screamin **** until a teacher tells us to leave. Then he starts spreading a rumor that, he only pretended to stab me then i hit his hand which made me stab myself, which is horseshit, i have 3 witnesses. I cant get him unless im in school, my point is, what should i do? Get his *** in school for a 300$ fine or jump his *** without warning outside at first poss chance?

 

Lets do this in order.

1- WTF kind of friends do you have that stab people and think its ok
2-Why in the hell didn't you tell the school what happened, he is clearly a psycho path (read statement 1 again)
3-Why would you stalk some kid to fight him? Maybe its the way you explained it but it sounds weird
4- Go to the police and have this ******* arrested. Save us all the trouble of when he grows up.

If someone stabbed me....they would either end up dead, dying, or in jail. Stabbing in the leg is no joke. You have this thing called your femoral artery. If that is cut, you are FUCKED.

 

I would have told but ****, stitches for snitches. I wasnt stalking him, i guess i made it sound like that. All i did was drive down, a road to my house while my buddies were with me and saw him walking. Figured id get it over with. And i guess its a moral kind of thing for stabbing...Eye for an eye is what im going on, a few months in juvi or something will **** up his whole life, and id rather not do that.

 

Telling the police someone stabbed you is NOT snitching. I don't want to say you have problems, but it sounds that way.

Im 16, hes probably 17 or 18. I hate to undermine my own story but the blade only went halfway in, but he definatly did stab me. He was a good friend a while ago but in the past 2 years we split apart, but still remained in contact. The stab ended up bieng about 1" and 1/2 wide. It has shrunk ALLOT since it happened but im loading pics up atm.

It surprises me how much it healed, but its now about 1" long.

 

apparently bitches get stitches, cuase you didnt snitch or fight back and STILL walked away with stitches. I say fight the ****, i mean come on, its highschool, happens all the time. Just make sure he doesn't try to stab you while your fighting. I still kinda dont get why he stabbed you, I mean WTF, who stabs somebody for nothing. Did you poop in his cheerios or something

You are protecting someone who is carrying a weapon and has no problems using it without provocation. This is a recipe for disaster, if not for you then for some one else.

Secondly, what idiot ER or doc bought the story that you caught your leg on a desk?

This whole story reeks of idoicy and stupidity.

This person needs to be away from the unsuspecting public.

 

Maybe you should just ask the dude, why he stabbed you. Maybe he didn't mean to or some other excuse. You know him, so you should know what kinda person he really is. Do you think he wanted to stab you? or is he prone to doing spontanious things like that to his peers/ classmates..

After discussing it with him and finding out why/ what caused it, then you can figure out what you need to do. You got stabbed, you don't want to snitch on him for it, you want some kind of logical answer for it.

If he doesn't have a good answer, or at least a very sincere apology and a promise to get some physcological help. I would, cold **** him hard as I could, preferably in the eye. That way he has a Big *** black for at least a month, for everyone to see.. Then just rid yourself of friends like him..

You're going to have to jump him. He obviously doesn't want to fight you, but you need to let him know that what he did was fucked up. Follow him home one day and beat the living **** out of him. Anywhere really, as long as it is off school property.

Dude, your like the trailer park wife that gets beat by her husband and then defends him. You don't need to fight him. I would tell the school what happened and let them handle it, depending on how well your school is about stuff like that. My high school took **** serious and the on campus police would come to class and handcuff you to haul your *** to jail.

 

Snitches Get Stitches. Don't listen to the people telling you to tattle on him. Be a real man and settle this yourself. Beat this guys ***. HARD.

 

there wouldve been no question, he stabbed me in the leg in class all u wouldve heard was SMACK and a couple neck bones breaking, i wouldve hit him that hard in the face. When your 16 you gotta be on top, now to everyone he made you look like a low ball. you gotta be on top in the highschool. either whip his *** or turn him in or both.

X2. I'm all for smashing faces in most of the time, but a guy stabbing you, that's on a different level, and fighting with someone that fucked up isn't going to resolve anything. He needs some stern conversation in his future, possibly mental evaluation.

No, I wouldn't do that, just shaking my head at some of the comments. Other advice given was actually pretty good, including yours.

It's amazing how much you learn about dealing with people as you get older. People who don't adjust, and keep the mindset like the above "snitches get stitches" are the people who end up in jail or worse. People who grow up and realize that there are easier ways to dealing with other people grow up to have great, high paying jobs, and can afford to buy more mods for their Mustangs........lol

The only time to appropriately respond to violence with violence is that the moment the original violence took place. After the initial act, anything that happens after that is no longer considered "self defense" and is in itself a crime. Once the initial act is done with, if not immediately reacted on at that time, and the offender gets away, let someone else (ie. authorities) handle it. If you don't, and stalk people down for revenge, then your crime is no better than their initial crime, and then you are subject to prosecution.

easy description: If you were going to do something, you should have done it right when it happened. It's too late for revenge now, either report it or let it go.

 

I just cannot believe that you let him stab you . If it were me I would have nailed him in the face the second I saw that knife come out, then disarmed him. When they asked why the hell you punched him you could have pointed to the knife on the floor and said that he was going to stab you. Then it would have been their problem, not yours. And if they gave you **** about it you could have said something along the lines of "I should sue you for endangering my life by allowing students to bring weapons on campus." That would probably shut them up. But it's too late for that now. He probably threw the knife away already, and if your school is anything like mine was they're not just going to take your word for it.

First off you do not try to fight someone that may pull a knife on you. You are asking to end up dead

Second you see a guy pull a knife you go the other way. Sure maybe you could kick his *** in a fist fight but that bastard is going to stab you guaranteed. I carry a knife with me almost everywhere and I know that it is never coming out in a fight. Why because in a fight with a knife sombody is going to get stabbed either you or the other guy and in a knife fight people die or end up in the ER no exceptions.

So you call the ******* police and he goes away for assult with a deadly weapon if the blade was more than 3 inches

You can also bust his headlights with a tire iron if you feel like it just don't get caught. I mean he ******* stabbed you.
