You just have to work on your launch. You should be able to do better than a 2.5 60' even on streets.

That car should be doing 15.89's.

ya..i think i need to go on a day to were it isnt packed

maybe wed or fri

Its good to see improvement in your track times!
You have come a long way.
And you have come a VERY long way from that "custom" intake you used to have :kekekegay:

why yes u are....lol

here are my timeslips

First timeslip i didnt brake foot it.

Second timeslip i revved it up to 1500 (brake foot) and got like 4 hundredths difference, i think if i would of revved a little bit higher i would of probably seen high 15's. I might be hitting up the track again sometime soon but probably go on a wed or friday so i could get more runs and learn a little bit better on how to lauch (It took me almost an hr to get my second run)

Now that i have the tlok i now i could at least rev a little bit past 2000
Im on the left lane on both timeslips

How long did the car have to cool down after your long drive?

If the car was heat soaked, that would explain A LOT! You should definitely be faster than that.

3.8LMustang 09-28-2009 08:32 AM

maybe for like an hr or so but i also have a 180 degree thermostat

dont know if that makes a difference....
