Wouldn't be so bored with a job. Not only does a job keep you busy, it pays you to not be bored. That's like hitting two birds with one stone...bored? Job. Need Money? Cha-ching! I don't know, but it seems like a win/win situation to me. With my job I got hired the day of my first/only interview and started getting paid on the fourth day after the date of hire. Sure it took me 10 months to find a job, but the economy is much better now than it was in those 10 months. Look into it, seriously.

lvl 84...and agreed. And i actually think im not gunna do to bad, im applying at H-E-B, would like to be a cashier but most likely bag boy or cart pusher. Cant be worse than what im used to with this ranch.

From experience, being a bagger is way better than a cashier. Though I didn't work at that store, I'm pretty sure it's the same for any grocery store (if that is a grocery store).

Yeah, my big problem with cashiering was that it gets really old having to stand in the same place for 8 hours straight. Also, you can't escape people. If it's really busy and people are getting on your nerves as a bagger you can walk around outside and get carts or sneak off to some aisle for a little while. You can't do all that as a cashier.

When I worked at Albertsons, they put gel pads at all the registers for people to stand on but even after a few hours of those it started hurting. On the few registers that didn't have them, it only took an hour before the pain would get to me.

Yea even at walmart they have these foam pads they are pretty soft but it still would get to my lower back/joints. I REALLY want this job because walmart ******* sucks....
