1995 was the last year of the 5.0 in the Mustang so no it wasn't a fox.

 

Correct, the last fox was 1993 and the 5.0 carried on into the SN-95s until 1995.

There are a few differences with the 5.0 that went into the 94 and 95 model years though. Different intake tubes (not manifolds), I think the water pump was also changed and a few other small details. Do some homework to make sure you get what you want and are able to get the right parts.

 

definately but either year is a better platform to start off on then what my car will ever be, if i went with a n/a setup the MOST hp i could pull out of this motor is about 220 to the wheels and its still failwheeldrive. so i was looking with ryan on craigslist and to go f/i on my car would cost the same as purchasing a 5.0 with decent miles and bolt ons
