It might not be totaled if the frame is straight as the rest is body work. But I would not be surprized judging from the pics if the front sub frame is bent. Seems like a time to start looking for a Cobra to me.

Thanks yall, I'm fine and i did walked away without a scratch. So ive been on the phone all morning with my insurance company getting things sorted out. So im hoping by Wednesday the adjuster will go out and look at the car in Gainsville and give some news and what they plan on doing, The car looks so bad cause when i hit the jeep i went under it since im so low. All i can do is lose sleep and wait till i get some kinda of answer this week!

I may be wrong about this, but if the insurance co. totals your car then I think it's theirs to do whatever with. You don't get to part it out.. Not sure how that works, but they may let you have it back, but money will be involved. It looks totaled, IMHO, That front end is crunched up pretty bad. But I'd bet any repairs to it would not be like it was before the crash..

 

He would have to buy the car from the insurance company if he wanted to part it out.

Insurance totalled it out today, so shes done It brought a tear to my eye.
