You can contact social services and ask for advice don't tell them who you are just explain the situation and don't use names ask them what the courses of action would be and what legally can be done.

I would say the police need to be notified. That's a messed up situation, but someone's gotta be notified. That sucks that you are being put in that spot.

I'm sure alot of people in you situation would say F it not my problem and look the other way I'm glad that you aren't one of those people.

 

i dont know if i could live with myself and not do something if she does not.

the neighbor kid obviously learned that from somebody... no 7 year old should know those things.

well **** me sideways on Tuesday in the rain... how the mother F was I supposed to know that. Jeez...that's a tough one dude.. I dunno what I would do... I tell ya one thing, that kid wouldn't be anywhere near my kid/kids if I had any.

so far she refuses to go to the police.

im going to get as much info as i can and call in a tip to child protective services. im probably going to do it anonomously. She is moving out of that apartment this weekend, i may hold off untill after she has left so she will not have to see them again.

im also going to make damn she she is fully aware that if she refuses to go to the police and get this kid the counceling he is going to need, that if her kid so much as looks at my children wrong i will call the cops on her and press every charge i can possibly press agianst her because she knew this happened and she was not willing to take the needed steps to prevent it.

her kid is a good kid, i know the kid, ive known him for years, he is not the bad guy, he really is a victim in this and now he is totally confused. he needs help, i really help she changes her mind. As much as i like the kid, i no longer trust him, and he will never be allowed around my kids unsupervised.

i really hope they find out who is doing this to her neighbors children, they dont learn that kind of stuff on thier own. not at that age.

Chris, I obviously don't know you personally, but I think you're an intelligent man with good values and I believe that you are a genuinely good and honest person. I don't say that about many people. I know you will make the right decision to remedy what sounds like an unfortunate situation.

Again, I have no clue what happened, but I think I can piece together some things to make an educated guess. I honestly hope that everyone gets the help they need and the one(s) who are causing grief are held accountable for their horrible actions. I hope everything works out.

 

Yeah, didn't see the OP. But I'm sure you can make a good decision Chris, and do what you think is best. Sounds like a bad situation all the way around. Good luck.
