The hardest part is dieting. I'm so used to eating cookies and ice cream all time. But I'm so far in to my diet that it so much easier to pass up eating junk food.
I've always worked out for months at a time, but school or work would always force me to quit.
My dad got the p90x for his birthday, but I'm only going to use the "ab ripper" disc.

lol i eat so much utter crap but i am 5'10'' only way about 140ish and up till a month or so ago i ran 3miles every other day. I almost broke down and got the p90x(those damn infomercials are so convincing) and want to change my diet to actually gain muscle. Purestang lmk how the p90x works out for ya.

ill let you guys know how p90x works out.
for not working out (as much) for the last couple years, im still in pretty good shape, minus the gut. i still muscles showing (ie my shoulders, triceps, and calf's with out flexing). so i am interested to see what it will do for someone with my wrestling/football structure.

If all you wanna do is get cut then P90x is good. However if your a guy and think your gonna get big doing that you are not going to see the results you want. The main thing with P90x and every workout is DIET. If you eat like **** it will show. I mean I try to eat clean and its just really really tuff. Especially when your g/f or whatever you have is not on the same diet as you. I can't tell you how much I get screwed over because of my damn g/f when it comes to my diet.
