Not so much a race story but here it goes. I was going home from my girl friends house at around 1 AM in my old 86 Mustang GT. I pulled up alongside a 2nd gen Lightning. He pulled a little further ahead of me, I think he was trying to see if I wanted to race. I pulled back beside him to give a thumbs up when he let it rip. I have never seen a car/truck pull from 50 to 100+ so damn fast. It was a WTF :eek: moment. We both had to stop for a red light so I asked him what all he had done. He responded with a smirk a Whipple and everything underneath it LOL. I bet that truck had over 700HP! Here is a pic of my old 5.0, I really miss that car. Oh and yes I do like Oxford White LOL.

When i test drove my car a few years ago the dealer was with and suggested i race the car we were next to at the light, it happened to be a ferrarri (which are pretty rare around here), he was nice and played with me til about 40, then i blinked and he was GONE. I know I lost but it made me fall in love with my car for some reason.
