Default Anyone got an unlimited carfax?

I recently sold my 2003 gt vert and got a nice deal on a 2004 rx8. I know, I know, its no mustang but overall its a nice car. If anyone can check the vin # for me it would be much appreciated. (The dealership gave me an 'autocheck' form which only reported up to 17k miles). The vin # is : JM1FE17N940139844. Thanks for the help

okay, just as a word of advise (work at a mazda dealer)
Rx-8's are awesome cars, but:
you HAVE to run 91+ in her, and don't drive her nice, beat the crap out of her...
the rotary engines are very wierd and blow pretty easy.. its a 12.5 hour labor charge for it plus the engine... but other than that they are really nice... i love the 6 speed manual ones..

but don't takle that as a don't buy the car, they are great.. just make sure you take care of the engine....

they are really cool though, if you change the programing, and do a few other small mods, they rotary can rev to past 14K till its over, they set the rev and fuel cut off at 9K for safty.. if you need any help with it i can give you alot more info....

but they are sweet cars...

thanks for the carfax, and yea ive heard the engines are weird. They have a flooding problem if you dont let the car warm up apparently. I dont know what to do, i want something reliable and definitely dont want to ruin the engine =\.

the flooding problem is easy... just don't start the car, and shut it off right away, as long as you take care of them they are reliable, and very fun to drive, it is reconmended that if you just lets say pull the car out of the garage to wash it, let it run for a couple min to build up some heat, then you can shut it off.... the rotary are really cool though, they are torque feeling... its cool...

My friend has had the engine in his rx8 blow TWICE.....luckily for him his mommy is loaded and paid to have it fixed both times. They are fun cars to drive though. That 50/50 weight distribution is sweeet. And I think that all models come stock with a bose audio system, which sounds awesome. Real nice lookng and fun cars. Just wouldnt settle for the 180hp version.

yea the model was a base automatic and i did my research and concluded i did not want to deal with engine problems. I do take care of my cars but i want the peace of mind that my engine wont die. Plus I love my mustang. I had a buyer on it for a good price and backed out. I painted my calipers red today and its like driving a new car.
