I smoked my last cigarette!!!


Went cold turkey and have not touched even one in almost 5 weeks!!!

and if you feel the urge, use nicotene patches. worked for my dad.

Yeah on a serious level though, congrats.
I know that **** can't be easy...the hardest part is hanging out with other friends that smoke, and trying to fight the urge.

I've been smoking for 20 years, and I've quit about 10 times...never for more than a week.


you probably have more will power than me though, so ....keep up the good work.

Don't let your friends be douchebags and try to talk you back into it either.
That's how I screwed up.

Good job man it's a good feeling the first time you smell sombody smoking in a bar and think that really doesn't smell good right now but that takes a long while I have been done for about a year now.

 

Congrats man. Soon enough you'll start noticing how nasty the smell of smoke is and will never want to do it again.

nice its hard my father was off of it for couple months but all his buddys smoke so he ended up going back to smoking I wish he would give it up hes been in the hospital twice already
