Default BuyFordRacing.com's Phone Number, I Need It.

Anyone have their phone number? I know some of you guys have ordered from them before so I was hoping you got something this some info on it.

I ordered my brakes from them on the 8th but when I log in to my account on the web site is says my order is canceled but still has everything there as though it may have been shipped. I sent them an E-mail early last week but got no reply. I want to talk to someone to make sure it is being sent so I can put these suckers on during spring break.

Thank you very much. I hope they just sent the crap. I know one time my future Mother-in-law bought me the 10th anni. shift **** and boot from them. She put in the wrong address for something since she had just moved, she talked to them on the phone somehow, found out they had cancled her order. A week with no reply by E-mail is poor customer service. I included three phone numbers, two E-mail addresses, and two physical addreses for them to contact me. I want my brakes!

I didn't personally have a problem with them. I received my brakes quick. Only thing that was annoying is they shipped it to my billing address instead of the shipping address that I requested. I'm not home during the day to sign for packages so it's a pain in the *** when a signature is required.

Hopefully that number works out for ya.

If it turns out they did cancel the order it would ultimately be my fault, just wish they would contact me. I put the wrong billing adress on the order. I usually have stuff like that adressed to my parents house and I actually had it addresed to my apartment. I will call them first thing in the morning.

I know, what company doesn't make thier phone number available? Just throws a flag up about thier customer service, and then they haven't replied to my E-mail. Oh well, as long as I get my brakes in so I can install them the 23rd-27th I will be happy. I'm sure it will end nicely, there are plently of people that has ordered from them, plus the price is unbeatable.

It was canceled, not a big deal since it was my own fault. Re-ordered and hoping they will arrive in a week since they don't provide a tracking number.
