Did Stephen finally get banned? Where the hell have I been? and why didn't anyone tell me this? What'd he do that finally pushed it over the edge?

I miss Stephen on here. It's weird without him. I'm glad it's only a week ban. He'll always be an *******, but I hope he kind of learns how to curb it a little as not to get a permanent ban.

What about the newbies who are dicks to us? Like the ones such as NewEdge that make threads asking us what we think of this or that, and then attack us when we give them an honest opinion? If you ask me, they deserve it and bring it upon themselves and I can't do anything but back Stephen up 100% in that case.

 

I too don't like people those kind of noobs. But I don't think we should attack them for attacking us, because that brings us down to their level of maturity and that's not cool.

 

I disagree. I believe in a modified form of the golden rule. Instead of treating others how I want to be treated, I treat people how they treat me... in real life and on the internet. If someone is an ******* to me, I have every right to be an ******* back and I will damn sure make use of that right. I have no problems with telling people how it is. I don't think it has anything to do with being 'down at their level'. It has everything to do with standing up for yourself and not taking **** from anyone, anywhere, anytime.

That's just me. I am obviously no Ghandi. If you give ****, you should get **** in return. **To make things clear, I am not talking about Stephen. I am referring to when we are rude to newbies who deserve it.**

 

I never said you don't have the right to give it back, I just said that it's not cool. And that's my opinion. Also note that my opinion changes, so this week it is here. Come Monday who knows. There could be a noob that pushes the limit and this post will become very hypocritical very fast....so really, have at it. I don't care what others do, I just monitor what I do (sometimes anyway).
