Lookin good man! Looks like a clean install and the unit doesn't draw too much attention. I like the shift ball too, where would one find a shifter as such? (Not that color perhaps, hah, on blue?)

What does DD stand for again? I think it meant something like Dual something if I remember correctly.

Yeah I wouldn't mind getting my self a **** like that, but black or red or both. What year is your Mustang? I wish my stero area was better looking like yours.

It was a refurb that I got for christmas, so I couldn't tell you. Install was $75, though.

Hey man, I totally forgot to write up some install instructions for you, but it looks like everything was ok anyways.

Hahaha, you ***. And yes/no on the totally fixed deal. I've gotten the IAC replaced twice, repaired once and so far so good. It's only shut off once, granted I was trying to get it to, but really I think it's all better (knock on wood). It hasn't happened this year yet, the last time was probably the 29th of December I think it was? But yeah, so far so good.

Wow, I never would think about replacing my radio unit until I saw this.

That looks nice and clean.

Yeah it's a sweet unit especially for the price. Have one myself. King, did you do the fix so movies can be played while driving?

No, not yet anyway. I've got it set as bright as it can be so it's distracting enough right now, but I hear it's like a $40 part if that, so it could definitely be a possibility in the relatively near future. I'd like to get a new camera first.

How does the Ipod connection work on that unit? From the back or does it just plug up in the front?

I've got mine running off of a cable in the glove box. You just plug the ipod in and it starts playing from where you left off rocking before. A really neat feature if you ask me because it's not a complicated setup by any stretch of the imagination.

So you just leave the ipod in the glove and control everything on the unit screen right? I really wanna start looking into getting one. Does yours have the gps?

Yes on the glovebox deal, no on the GPS. If you want the GPS built in, get the DNX5120 (I think that's the right one). I can get the nav receiver but I was quoted at cartoys for $559 after tax not including install fee. But it's a plug and play unit I've heard, so I imagine it's not too bad installation wise. It's definitely cheaper just to go with the DNX5120, so if that's a feature you want look into that model maybe. Do you have the six cd changer in yours already?

Yeah im on my second Mach c6 unit lol, and even this one isn't 100%. The screen display has a mind of it's own sometimes but at least it plays the cds. If the nav is that much more I can live without it, but I would like to have it.

King, if you want to be able to watch movies while driving, from iPod and DVD, it's completely free. All you need to do is run the green wire (the one that goes to the parking brake) and splice it into the ground wire. Can't get much easier. I have to say that having a movie running while driving is not distracting at all. Most of the time I play it when other people are in the car, but it's no more distracting then taking a quick look at a hot chick in the car next to you.

You've obviously never been in my town. If there is a hot chick anywhere near me I can't help but stare, more so to make sure it's not a mirage than the fact that she's actually pretty attractive. Anyway, I think I'm doing fine with that feature right now, should I ever reconsider, then I'll do what you said but at the moment I'm doing okay.
