I'd believe it if the guy in the 350z was a noob and really screwed up. I didn't like the sound of his exhaust, though. Something about it didn't sound right if you ask me. Maybe an exhaust leak?

I don't know. He could just be a liar too, because I tried watching that 350z race clip and they just disappear. You can't see the board, the line or the cars after 7 or 8 seconds. 350z definitely had a bad start, but you can't really point out anything other than that. Regardless, I don't buy it.

350Z should be able to get mid 14s and a 99+ v6 with those mods might get mid 15s but 16 is more likely so the mustang could win if the 350z driver sucked but if the 350 was an automatic the mustang would never have a chance

 

He'll probably post a slip and say lie saying he was in the left lane and got 14.5-14.7 while the real time is more like 15.3-16 depending..

 

I got in a race with a 350z after my tuner and 4:10's were installed in my GT, and it was very close untill started overtaking him then he quit. I have no idea what his mods are.

Regardless, if he won it is because he outdrove the other driver because the other driver messed up. It is pretty ignorant to start claiming that his car can beat 350z's, because im sure that is not a feat he would be able to pull often. When he can consistantly beat 350z's then he can brag.

 

I agree. He did kinda seem like a cocky little bastard in those videos, though didn't he? I'd love it if he pulled up to R3D and was like, "Hey dude, wanna race your sixer vs mine? I can beat a 350z!"...haha....The guy would crap his pants

 

I don't think R3d, or most of us (GT, MACH, COBRA drivers haha), could fool anyone that had ears.

I dont know, that was close as for as my eyes could see, stang mighta-got'em.

 

I could see it beating the 350z as that car is only a mid to high 14 sec car anyhow with a good driver. If someone can't drive and god knows there are tons of them out there I can see the v6 beating him.
