i have no mods he got a cold air intake stock he has 193 hp stock i got 240

I dug around online a little bit, apparently 99-04 Mustang V6's can go as low as a 15.1 1/4 mile in stock form, that is the lowest ive seen so i assume that is with a great driver and on great conditions.

If you have the supercharged 240hp version i see claims of low 15's....

it will probably be a drivers race.

ok, So i looked your monte carlo up and it has the specs dave04mustang listed above and 3400lbs. Yeah you will beat the mustang, not that beating a stock v6 auto mustang is an accomplishment but you will beat him.

btw, the 240 hp rating, is just that a rating of the motor, when you account for drivetrain loss, assume 15% on automatics, you are looking at a 36hp loss, more or less...so in reality you have somewhere around 205fwhp.
