Allstate is known for dragging their feet.

I had a problem like that with AAA. Took them 3 months to get in contact with their insuree and then the guy denied that we ever got in an accident and they sided with him. Was not happy about that one. When I got rear ended, Geico handed me a check within 2 weeks.Good luck man.

State Farm had my car in a body shop the day of the accident..

But ya, you have to bug the living **** out of them... I've heard multiple stories about different companies dragging their feet and people getting screwed..

I know the feeling I had a girl hit my mustang 2 years ago 2 days before halloween and she her company never paid me for the damages and I have it done myself and sent them the bill. I only just 4 months ago got a check for the $1,200 it cost me.

haha, I like how everyone else's stories were getting hit by someone and he talks about running his car into some truck drunk. Brilliant. State Farm FTW by the way. That's who I have. Just keep calling their insurance every day.

ha ha yeah i know. i had to fight with them for a week because they where not going to put ford OEM parts back on the car, they where going to be cheap to save them money, when i heard that they got a call from my lawyer and stuff started to change and the seemed to move alot faster on getting the car fix.
