So im thinking maybe part of the hard time im having selling the mustang is the fact it looks far from stock.

and i figure if i have it listed for under bluebook, its time to take off the upgrade braking system, the tuner isnt going with it, take off the shaker / CF hood, etc...

i think ill have to keep the rims, and of course the gears installed. but i think about everything else is ogoing to come off.


now i just need to find a 99-04 mustang gt hood in my area that is already black.

No you can not buy the shaker.
no you can not buy the hood
no you can not buy the brakes
no you can not buy all the interior bling
no you can not buy the spinners
no you can not buy the STB (staying on)
No you can not buy the autobadges tint
No you can not buy the billit fuel door
No you can not buy the diablosport tuner.

i think im gonna keep as much of that stuff as possible, cause one day i DO plan to get another mustang.

 

I think its not selling because gas is over 4 dollars a gallon. Thats just my guess.

i've been looking at trucks. lots of nice trucks going for real cheap because of gas. i'm gonna go ahead and guess it's the same for our gas guzzling cars.

Things suck right now. I just checked the KB on my Mustang and it is worth $8900. Last summer I could have gotten $12k for it all day.

I see Geo Metros selling for $7500 right now because they get 60 mpg....and they are 10 years old.

The local Chevy Dealer has not sold a pick-up truck since 2/1. They are now selling mopeds.

I am just glad my Mustang is a 3rd car, otherwise, if it were a DD it would be going.

 

lol. yeah the only saving grace on this mustang selling dilemme is that i dont have to put gas in it and drive it. i got my honda. lol

 

pretty sad when the gas pumps on the corner control what we choose to leave our driveways with anymore and have to resort to having a used 10yr old car and still make payments on the car we love in the driveway!
