Give yourself at least 2 weeks to get your internal clock onto 3rd shift time. Sleep in a dark room when you get to sleep. Also you won't be able to sleep right after work. You should wind down some 1st. Go to bed at 1 or 2 in the afternoon, and get up about an hour before work. Your body will get used to it.. Same with me on 2nd shift. I goto bed at 3 am and get up about 11 am. Weee..
