Its all going to depend on how the judge fells that day. Is this your first ticket?
Its probably going to be reckless which is BAD!!!
Thats 31 over, in Va. thats automactic RECKLESS.
Depending on your age and driving record its gonna cost you a couple hundred more a year in insurance. Points should come off your recoed in three years, if your state is anything like Va. Good Luck

well I finally found out what I'm getting for my Missouri ticket. I was doing a 108 in a 60 (racing an 03 mach1, but they didn't see that). I got a lawyer because the initial sentencing was 2 days in jail. with a bit of luck, and a good lawyer haggling for months, he finally got me NO jail time (which I'm so glad for) and a 500 dollar fine. I've had 2 prior speeding tickets (which was two years ago), an illegal right hand turn and a minor accident ticket. I have 3 points left on my Colorado license (out of 12). in Missouri my ticket is only 3 points, but Colorado will probably translate that to their system. I really hope I can keep my license, especially because i just started riding motorcycles a couple months ago and I'm ADDICTED.

If this is your first ticket you'll be fine. you'll get some points deducted, you MIGHT have to take a driving course, and your premiums will go up a little bit. don't worry about it...happens to everyone.

16 over in TN = Reckless.

If you're under 25 you should expect your insurance premiums to skyrocket. Points on a young male with a sports car are probably the worst thing for anyone.

I'd be considering lawyer.

What he said. My premiums are already awful IMO..and I have a clean record. I wouldn't count on seeing much of a break until after you're 21 or so.
