So every May, our local rock station here in Tucson host a big concert called KFMA Day. They always have some big names in there but this year Metallica came. I have to say that it was one of the best shows I've seen. They put on a great show. Not only that but it's only 1 of 3 shows that they will be playing in the U.S. so there was an insane turn out! Over 25,000 people showed up. I've never been to a concert that big but it was great. We got to be up front in the main mosh pit. Loved every second of it. Metallica is insane in concert.

Not only that but Scars on Broadway showed up too. I love System of a Down and I think Darron is one of the best guitar players, so naturally I wanted to see Scars. They rocked out. Theres a band called Apocalyptica that was there too and they only play cello's and drums. It was hardcore as ****. I didn't know you could play metal with a cello but they did and rocked it.

All in all it was a great day. Lots of people, lots of music and overall the best 30 bux I've spent in a long time.

 

went to see them in little rock 3 or 4 years back. godsmack opened for them. it was a great show, lots of energy.

 

damn that freakin sweet man, i wish i could go to one of there concerts, but i love metallica, i have all there cd's
