I bet you could get away with paying that as long as you had copies of them advertising it. Would probably be more of a pain than its worth but you would probably have the car sometime in the next couple years haha. To bad it wasn't on ebay as the buy now price. Or its been in a big wreck and has major frame damage/rolled someone run the VIN haha

its from a private seller, not any company or dealership. He has discretion on who and how much he can sell it for. And can choose to not sell at anytime...regardless of his ad says hes not obligated to sell at that price.
