I was thinking of starting to collect the state quarters, but I'm unsure of how to begin? Can I go to the bank and ask if they have quarters sorted out by state or what?....coin collectors help a brotha out...

 

I used to collect coins when I was younger, the real way to do it is to collect the actual US Mint sets, that are from the San Francisco Mint which dont go into circulation and are mainly for collecting.

Hope this helps, but these sets get expensive for previous years, but theses actual go up in value unlike coins from the Philly and Denver mints.
