just from random people. well besides people looking at it as you drive by.

pretty funny story today...

i pulled into the gas station to get some fuel and as i was pulling up to the pump this truck was comming towards me(the newer sporty kind) and they pulled into the parking spot and got out as i was getting out of my car. a woman and her daughter(she was like 8 or 9 yrs old) got out and the woman said " is that thing pretty fast?" i was like "yeah it is(even tho it was a v6 lol like she knew the diff. bewtween a 6'er or GT), you plan on getting one?" she said "no but when i was 18 i woulda loved to have one of them things" so i finished pumping gas and they were walking into the station and as they were going in the mom was muttering somethin to her daughter. after i was done i walked in to pay and the mom and daughter was standing there and the daughter said " mom is that the guy that you wanted to take a ride with?" LMAO! talk about an awkward moment for her!.

also today i went to blockbuster and didnt park in the parking spots but by the middle of the lot but in no ones way. i walked in and got a movie and this girl was looking at me the whole time(she was like 17/18 and kinda cute) so i was payin for it and etc.(she was infront of me in the line) and she was talking to her friend about my car . then on the way out i was walking to it and i passed them and her friend said "i guess thats what you get when mommy and daddy buys your car for you " then she told her to basically to stfu lol.

then i was driving down a road and this pretty hott girl and her friend was walking down another road and i gave it a rev to try to get her attention, and i did, so i put down the passenger window and we made eye contact until she was outta site ......

Also today it was really nice out around 50 degrees. for the past 4-5 months its been 20 or lower. so i drove into town today and all the mustangs were out drivin around. i saw a white mach 1, a Competition orange V6( me and this dude drove around the town together), a yellow V6, a Black GT, a red V6, a silver V6, and a foxbody. its a pretty small town where i live so everywhere you'd turn today you would have seen a stang

 

Constantly.

 

 

All the damn time.

 

Rarely.

I did get a thumbs up from some guy in a sweet S197 on the beach though. lol

 

like everywhere i go...lol

 

i park in manhattan and i have crowds form around it..people want to take pictures posing near it...its awesome...

But yeah I get compliments all the time. Its nice. People know me for my mustang. People I don't even know know about it. There isn't really any modded mustangs around here. At all. Just a bunch of stock ones.

 

germans about break their necks when i drive by. i keep the car going slow so the whistle is heard.

 

All the time,most of the time its people saying they have one too but i can tell they are lying from the lack of knowledge they have about the car

 

I was at a gas station pumping gas,when another black 01-04 pulled up,we where nose to nose,cause of the gas cap location,his had NO upgrades at all...As i was inside getting a drink i glanced outside and that guy was walking around my car?I got out to my car and asked him what was up,and he replied,"How fast is it"I almost busted a gut laughing so hard..When i finally stoped laughing,i said, you should know,you got the same car...lol..

 

There are way too many mustangs and other nice cars around here for people to give too much of a crap about mustangs. I do get compliments though when its from other car guys or when people can hear the exhaust and such. Mostly girls around here drive the 6'ers.

 

No ****. Streetracer must have the only mustang in NY.

Streetracer, you have a good lookin stang, but i swear i see the grey/black stripe combo at least once a week around here. Lol.


I know people have had thier pics taken with mine, more than once on a dusty day i have come out of the store and seen a few buttprints on the side of the car where they lean on it and get thier pic taken.

 

in the city i've seen 3 striped 05+gt's since 2005...no kiddin

Lol, wow. Mustangs are a dime a dozen here, I see atleast 30 a day. Most of them are all stock GTs-V6s driven by people who don't know what they drive other than a "mustang." I haven't seen too many modded ones,but even then people don't really notice..I'll park next to a stock Mustang and my friend won't be able to tell the difference other than I have black wheels, and it's cleaner..lol.

I get more looks from the import/ricer crowd then any thing else. Whenever one is turning at an intersection or next to me they are staring down at my wheels. lol

 

Not so much around these parts...way too many stangs around here...

theres a lot of mustang around hear to. but i do get compliments alot just today when i was leaving from snowboarding this guy told me my car was badass.

 

just on an everyday thing, not really. too many stangs here.. but when i put my tannue covers on, and slightly press the gas, everyone and their dog at lights roll down their windows and say something...

 

If I don't get a compliment when I drive it, then it's a bad day.

 

there are a lot of stangs where i live...but theyre all pretty much stock. there are more cobra's than there are machs, v6's, and gt combined. lol.

but it seems that everywhere i go there is someone giving me the thumbs up, compliments, or telling me that they saw me the other day on the other side of town....people i dont know know my car like i was a cousin or something. there arent many white mustangs around my parts....mostly red, blue, or black. in the 3 years i have owned my car, i have only seen 2 other white stangs just driving...and one was my ex's stang lol.

the stang is getting a face lift so its gonna be noticable everywhere...btw, i get cops saying that they see me everywhere, and they know my car. lol....profile much?

 

When I have my Fr500s on I get more looks and compliments, usually, "damn that thing sounds mean"

With my Bullitts on I dont get as many looks until I fire it up...then, same comment... "damn that thing sounds mean"

today I was at a light coming back from my lunch break and a brand new G35x pulled up with their windows rolled down(it was almost 60 here today) and i HEARD the driver say somthing to the passenger about my car...I looked over at him and he grinned...******* is a new infinity type grin...my costs more so its better and faster kind of grin..lol. He looks ahead and looks back at me then looks ahead again like he wants to go. I revved one time and he wouldnt look at me again, eventually rolled up his windows...lol. and took off like a grandma. I was LMAO. so, anyway I get more of a reaction from ppl because of the sound of it than anything else...after all, my car looks like a rental car to Jack, so it must be true...lol.

 

I get alot alot of compliments regardless of where I am. (Here in RI where I am one of two GT mustangs I have seen in the last two years, or back home in CT where people will usually compliment how clean my car looks and how they love the color) Usually the compliments are "Man I love that color" or that it sounds mean etc. Ordinarily the compliments come from mid-level luxury car owners (lexus IS, Infinit G35, every other two door mercedez lol) This is usally when I have my polished aluminum '01 cobra's on, not so much my old nasty bullitts lol
