Sorry but its the parents of the kids fault. Yeah Ill let my kid sleep in the same bed as a guy who since the early 90s people have thought touched kids.

They should be in Jail instead.

But in reality the prosecution did a **** poor job. The defense did a great job with questioning the credability of all involved, especially the kids mother. I am about 99% sure he did it but with the given information and testimony it would be hard to say the prosecution proved it beyond a reasonable doubt.

Not too sure on how I feel about the MJ case but from what I picked up, I heard they had nothing proven.

Basically it came down to a few things:

1. the Mothers credibility and a history of welfare fraud as well as a history of trying to scam celebrities out of $$.

2. The prosecution was allowed to submit that there were several other boys that were molested even though they never filed charges. But the defense got several of them to refute those claims including Macaully Culkin.

3. The **** mags that MJ showed to the kids, the older brother of the kid who accused MJ said he saw the mags too but the defence got him to admit the date and issue of the magazine, but when the acts happened the issue the kid said had not been printed yet.

There were just too many discrepancies in the defenses case.
