Default You can get a ticket for that?!?!

Last night i found out that you can get a ticket for not stopping behind the white line at the stop sign. Talk about gay I saw the cop behind me so i made sure to make a complete stop and he still pulled me over but then again it was 1145 at night. If you do stop in front of the white line at that partciular location you cant see the road because of the bushes, trees etc. so you kinda have to creep forward to see. But on the birght side he let me go with a warning. He had me get out the car, ran my DL# asked if i ever done drugs etc. Since apparanetly my eyes were red. I still dont think i did anything wrong and that he just wanted to pull me over just to check to see if i had been drinking or was on drugs.

be happy you got a warning and not a ticket. he was probably just checking you out to make sure you weren't intoxicated

If that cop pulled you over just because it was late at night he needs to be fired.

Well i've been targeted as of late. A white mustang has been causing trouble around my city, street racing and all that stuff. I heard this from my uncle who happens to be a prosecutor.

In the past month i've been pulled over TWICE, by the SAME COP. I was given a "failure to yield" and a "reckless driving" ticket. The thing is, on the ticket, he used two different badge numbers. He was trying to hide that he specifically was targetting me by putting his fellow officers badge number on the 2nd ticket.

They hate me because they aint me.

Something similar to that happened to me also. When I was in high school I was pulled over for no apparent reason, and questioned about things like where I am going and what roads I take, do I street race and where. Come to find out, there had been a black Mustang that they were getting complaints about on a road, that I traveled daily. I was given a warning for not having a front plate and I let the guy know they were looking for him.

Sounds like he was just trying to find a drunk driver. If he was really that hard up for finding someone breaking minor driving laws, he most likely would have ticketed you.
