Default Autobadges!

I placed an order for some blackout tailight tint on July 3rd from autobadges. Today is the 27th of July and i still do not have the tints. My card was charged instantly, yet they ignore my emails and do not pick up their phone. Talk about customer service. Has anybody else had issues with them? This will be the last time I order anything from them.

I've heard of more than a few people having problems with them if that helps...

it took acouple weeks to get my rear package from them I shot them an email and asked them whats up.. package showed up couple days later

Call the credit card company and tell them that you cannot get ahold of them. They will either get your money back or have them update the status.

They are sometime's a little backed up waiting for the supplier.

I'd be totaly fine with it if that's the case. I just want to hear from someone within the company to tell me thats its still being processed or whatnot.

If we never responded to your emails, that means we NEVER received them as we respond to EVERY email we get especially on orders not arriving. As I just responded to your email please give me your customer/shopper ID # so I can look up your order and take care of it for you.

We have been in the process of moving so our usual pace has been affected, my apologies.

heh im hoping to get my stuff from autobadges today, if it comes next week i gotta wait til next weekend to tint my tail lights

See your order was actually shipped out, but looks like it stopped getting scanned on the 17th of July...so we are going to ship you out a new set.

Unforntunately we cannot make sure every order makes it as we ship so many so we have to wait to hear from a customer that the order has not arrived. We will get it all straightened out though, no PROBLEMO!

i just got my order today. was supposed to be a badge and tints for the tails but only the badge showed up and i only had 1 tracking #. already sent off an email to AB. hopefully this gets straightened out soon, wanted to do the tints this weekend
