time for another vehicle
but not getting rid of the stang. lol. i just got my motorcycle permit this morning and i was soo freaking easy. minus one question:
Which is most important to check before riding:
a) Head Light
B) Drive Chain
C) Kill Switch
i want you guys to answer this. in all reality your supposed to check the whole bike but that wasnt an option.
so...off to cycletrader, craigslist, or what ever has nice used bikes. lol

trust me, the written test is a joke, but dont take the riding test, just go through the motorcycle training/safety course and get your liscense that way....every person who has taken the test has failed but passed the course.
besides, this way you can learn more instead of just teaching yourself and take a test

a busa?????!!! uhhhh....lemme think....no...i dont like the design of that bike. im buying a pos bike to practice one for a month or so and then take the test/safety course. then during the off season, i will get a cbr600rr or gsxr 750(the bike i really really really want. lol)

Thats not exactly the bike you get as a beginner, let alone your first bike. Your just asking for troubling. Purestang is doing it the right way. Start off small and then work your way up.

im doing it somewhat small. lol...i know lots of people that waste money going from 250cc to 500cc to 600cc and so on.....such a waste of money. im trying to see if my friend still has his 500cc POS he was selling a few months ago. it was like 800. then once i get used to that bike and take the Motorcycle course im buying a 750 cause i cant fit comfortably on a 600. i jsut dont like how high my foot is on the bike compared to a 750

the new gsx-r1000's have switch that goes between 3 diff settings. setting A is like a 600cc, B is 750, and C is the full 1000 (or other way around). if ur willin' to spend that kinda money on one, u could go thru the diff. pwr levels as u get better at riding. or just get a 750 and be done w/it.
