Default had a blast at grindhouse

just to throw this out to the wind...and in case someone is sitting at home on a rainy day....grindhouse was the best movie i've seen in a long long long time....the "death proof" part puts it in my top 20 list of all time... great friggin movie!!!

Sin City was awesome which Rodriguez directed. I actually kept hearing though that Rodriguez's film was better then Tarantino's in Grindhouse. I guess it's all opinion though.

I don't think tarentino is that great either, but i find kevin smith movies to be funny and all the early ones were really well written. Clerks and mallrats are probably my favorites. The new stuff, however lacks the charm the movies he was making when he was broke had.

Some of Kevin Smith's early work that you mentioned is pretty good, but his new stuff is not great at all, and he obviously contributed greatly to one of the worst movies of all time: Jay and Silent Bob...
i liked clerks 2 . . .LOL

Never mind that last one, she actually left me!! Never saw that coming! She's got a new b/f already too! Guess I shouldn't have bitched about her so much!

I love Tarintino movies. Pulp Fiction was great. My fav movie of all time. Jackie Brown was a hit in my book too. Being a fan..i wasn't that impressed with Grindhouse. Rodriguez isn't that great of a director in my opinion. Sin City was awesome though. All in all Grindhouse: c+
