Exclamation Charles Bench - Rear Seat Deletes

:angry5: Well, it's been FORTY DAYS since I ordered a rear seat delete kit from www.rearseatdeletes.com and still no sign of the kit, all I seem to get are excuses from Charles...I paid $259.70 for nothing, really too bad that I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card company because it looked like a nice product.

Just an FYI to those that have placed orders or are considering ordering, I would strongly suggest you find a more reliable and reputable place to buy from.....

Someone, somewhere needs to make this warning a sticky, Charles seems to be following in the footsteps of that SD Wheeler guy that ripped people off so badly....

Update - I think he will soon be doing business as "Innovative Upholstery Solutions" since I just received a read receipt with Innovative Upholstery Solutions as the name for an email I sent to sales@rearseatdeletes.com....

Default Rear Seat Delete

I've bought from MT in the past, if you could could make it look like this...

...and it isn't too ungodly expensive, I'd buy it in a heartbeat....

All you need to do is get some tacky glue, styrofoam or wood, mdf, and your fabric covering. sketch out the design(s) on the foam. cut it out, line it up, glue it in place and pull the fabric over it. You may need a few screws to get the fabric to pull tight around the foam.

They probably got sued by Ford for using their copyrighted logos. Here is the pony one. It looks like it has spiked hair.

Would any of you guys buy a rear seat delete modeled after the 2000 Cobra R one? They look like this and would run about $129.

I would :-D

How hard is somthing like this to do anyway? Considering I have nothing more than a basic set of tools and not a lot of expertise? Is it somthing that can be undone easily in case the need for a baby seat in the future should arise? ;-)

Looks great...i dont know if i'd pay 129 though...because technically it is just for looks since you could take out your rear seat and put nothing there..
