Very much so, and yes they would fit. I had a set of the replica 03/04 cobras and the machine that we used to mount the tires gave a reading of 18x11 on the rear.

Good luck! I like my 04 cobra. Although I don't drive it every day, I could. I got a F150 that takes the parking lot beating. I don't feel like having door dings every week.
