Dead weight
The stock "wings" on our cars (mine is 02 gt convt.) are just dead weight. If you want one that works look at the 00 R types, or the big wings the drag racers use. All ours do is mess up the rear view and provide a gigantic handle to open the trunk lid with.
If I get the chance I'll remove mine and go clean (bullitize), or consider the new salleen version that extends back off of the trunk lid. I've noticed that my buddy's car that has this doesn't accumulate as much crud on top of the rear bumper as my car... Guess that makes it "functional"...

I definately want to change the spoiler on my 02, I just haven't found the right one yet. I definately think spoilers gives something to the look of a Mustang. Not that the Bullits aren't nice, but that is just for the Bullits if you ask me. Anyother Mustang without a spoiler looks "naked". That's just my 2 cents though!

Also, and I hope I'm wrong, but it looks to be cocked to one side a bit - note the fit at the back edge with the trunk lid.
Still think the Saleen (smaller version - they have 2, one which is much larger) is one of the best looking wings for our cars, but perhaps less is more - a la no wing at all.
