Hell yeah it was.
well, my birthday was actually yesterday.
I had monday and tuesday off.
Monday i went to my local watering hole to go celebrate my turning 30. I sent word out but only a couple close friends showed up. Whateva. it was monday night and a lot of people work the next day so i diddnt sweat it. So after 5 Jagerbombs(bullmeisters for you californians) 2 shots of patron and about seven 22oz beers i was pretty torn up.
Woke up the next day and i felt like ***! Eh. Comes with the territory. So i head out to my parents house and spend the day with them (girl was working) got Tiger woods 07 on the 360 and a book on how to work fiberglass. Had a nice steak lunch, and sat around shooting the **** about politics.
Got home and i was waiting to hear from my girl, she was gonna take me out to dinner around 7:30-8pm.
My buddy ben shows up and were sittin around bullshittin, and ariound 6:30 i get a call from my girl. She is at the vet and is getting her cat put down. I was like HELL NO, STUPID FRIGGIN CAT! ITS MY BIRTHDAY! HOW COME CATS ALWAYS DIE AT THE WORST POSSIBLE MOMENT?
Yeah so i had some ill thoughts of that cat.
Anyways, my buddy ben convinces me to go out with him and grab a bite to eat. We head up to the local watering hole and right when i walk in i hear "SUPRISE" and i look over and there were about 20 of my friends and my girlfriend was in front. I damn near fell over. Next thing you know there was a beer in one hand and a shot in the other.
I have never had anybody do anything like that for me before.
It was about the best feeling in the world. Especially seeing my girlie there when i thought i wouldnt be seeing her at all.
She set the whole thing up. Helium baloons, cake, banners, ribbons, the whole 9 yards. My good friend helped her get it set up as well.
Damn i love that girl.
She is so awesome, i dont think i really deserve such an awesome chick but dammit, im running with it. lol....
i still hate her cat tho.
Oh yah,
Birthday loot.
From parents i got a book on fiberglass and Tigerwood 07 for 360.
From the girlie i got a DieCast mustang, and the whole first season of 24.
Got a Rehab CD from my close buddy
And from other friends i got 2 bottles of Patron, and a bottle of 1800.
lol....
i love tequilla.
anyways.
2 nights of hard drinking really do some damage to a 30 year old body. im so tired....
