As some of yall know. I tried buying my stats book through half.com only to get suckered. Payed for it, but never recieved it. Filed a claim with half.com and the instructions on the claim was to not contact them for 30 days and their claims department would take care of it no later than that. I filed the claim on the 23rd of last month and it's now the 31'st and I've yet to recieve word from them. I want to get in touch with them either by phone or through e-mail but nowhere do they list a contact number nor an e-mail where you can ask them about a claim filed. Anybody know how to get in touch with them? Should I just call up my CC company and tell them I want to dispute the charges for the book? Thanks for any help guys..

its been 30 days file another claim with them.

 

Call up the CC company that will get their attention because they will charge half.com and drop them from doing business from them if they dont respond

Makes me glad I didnt try and save with half.com this year. You are the second person Ive heard that had problems...hope you get it all worked out man.
