LOL... He isnt even staying at my house now. He got all bent ouf of shape and told people i kicked him out. Actually, i told him to find a new place to live, if he wants to decide that he is no longer welcome in my home so be it.

however, he apparently has told a bunch of people that i just "kicked him out" as in, threw him out and told him never to come back. i was gonna give the guy a little time to get a place lined up.

if he wants to be a bitch about it then fine. if his **** is still there next week im gonna go pawn all his tools and give him the reciepts so he can buy em back.

i dont think im gonna need a lawyer on this. hell, he cant afford a lawyer himself. we never drew up any leasing agreements because he was a buddy of mine. Ive known him about 6-7 months. He is being a bitch about it, but he did leave and so far he hasnt come back.

welp, went to court with my girlfriend this morning for the whole stalker thing. that was useless. some old ****bag fart of a judge got all pissy with my girlfriend cause she diddnt have the proof that the guy was served the papers, even though the police said he was and said they would have proof for her by today. Stupid judge was all givinjg her **** asking her how many places the cops went to, thge times they went there, who they talked to, etc etc while trying to serve this bastard..... AS IF SHE WAS ****ING THERE????????????????

Yep. They just need to serve him the summons.

Once he gets it he can either
A) Say **** it and not show up, and my girl gets her permamant restraining order
B) Go to court and please no contest, and she gets the restraining order
C) Go to court and fight it, lose, and get the restraining order.

next court date is mid november. for all i know he might have pissed off by then and found another girl to stalk, good news is the temp restraining order is still in place untill then, so if he comes near her he gets arrested.

I wouldn't pawn his tools just yet. It gives him a reason to have **** on you and get you into problems. Give him 30 days, if by then his stuff aint gone then pawn them and im sure you have the right to keep the money for money he owes you.

 

when i got home last night have his **** was already moved out. im sure he got the rest today.

as for the camera thing, nothing yet, however he finally got his temp restraining order served to him today, so maybe he will feel frisky and decide to make an appearance. lol.... my tire iron is ready.

Lol... Gun is great, but realistically they are very dangerous in an apartment, it could go off and hit one of her neighbors or her kid.

I preffer my trusty tire iron, plus she has mace. There aint no way in hell i would give this kid a fair fight, i'd dominate him from the beginning and shut him down then let the police carry out the trash.

personally, i dont need a gun. last time i had a gun pulled on me i grabbed it out of his hand and laughed. I dont know what the hell it was but it was about the same side as a derringer(sp?). a little 3 shot gun. small enough to hide in a pack of marlboros. i was pretty insulted.
