Whew, that was a close one...
So, this morning I am sitting here at work, and I decided to print out directions to the court house that I had to go to for my ticket "tomorrow" I got a couple weeks ago (the nice 60 in a 35). And I am sitting here looking at the ticket I notice the court date.......September 18th 10:00 am. Suddenly, it hits me.....OH **** today is the 18th, not tomorrow. Luckilly the Court Clerke I called was nice and I was told her what happened, she said don't worry about it, we wait a few days before we send out warrants.
So, I just got back from the court house where I got to pay Fulton COunty a nice sum of $210, but I don't get any points because I used my nolo. Now, hopefully in the next 5 years I won't regret using my nolo plea for this ticket. But, it wasn't a bad choice, considering the ticket was going to be 4 points on my insurance!

That sounds like something I would do. At least they weren't jerks about it. I'm waiting for my court date to come in the mail. Not looking forward to shelling out some more money again. What happens when you plea nolo for a traffic ticket?

Only bad thing is, you can only plea nolo once every 5 years.
