How they get the wood chips out of a chip hauler truck:

Yup, in all the years I have driven trucks and lived 25 minutes from the Weyerhauser Paper plant, I have never knew that.

It is a hell of a lot quicker to back up on the ramp, unload and drive off. They have TONS of trucks coming in and out all day long. They have 4 of those lifts and they are constantly moving.

Well, the only reason I can think of is by eliminating the hydraulics in a dump trailer, you save weight and can haul more chips.
