Your supercharger and nitrous should sell pretty quick, but id go through insurance anyways. You can ask them if your insurance will go up and just talk to them about it. Its not your fault that you hit water and hydroplaned...

Word of advice tho, if you plan on getting rid of the car later, i wouldn't claim it to the insurance, Insurance is going to claim your car an a rebuilt title. And im not sure if this info is correct or not but a couple people told me that if you bend the rear part of the frame then your really really really really fukked, From what i heard your insurance company might just rule your car out as a total lost because of that. I say you just dump that thing in a lake ane report it stolen and get $17,000+ for it.
