Saga of the Banjo bolts
 

So as you may know, MT shipped me my Cobra brake upgrade kit and the banjo bolts needed were not in the kit like they were supposed to be.

I called them on MONDAY of this week to let them know and the phone call was not pleasant one for me.

Now, its FRIDAY and I still have not gotten the bolts. I just got off the phone with MT and they said the bolts were sent out on the 8th BY WAY OF REGULAR US POSTAL SERVICE MAIL!!!!! WTF!!! Why would they choose the SLOWEST shipping method for parts that THEY SCREWED UP!!! these bolts should have been OVERNIGHTED to me....or at least come by way of UPS. This is all totally unacceptable. MT has lost a lot of future business from me now because of this crappy situation...all caused by them.

dont worry about it..ever since chris left..its kinda been slow customer service wise....give them time to get back on their feet.....

I think that giving them a WEEK to ship 2 little bolts from an order that THEY fvcked up is considered "giving them some time" to get back on their feet.

I think I am done with MT.

But, since they dont seem to give a sh1t about customer service or fulfilling an order correctly then they wont miss the thousands of dollars I will be spending somewhere else because of their lack of service, consideration, and professionalism. When they were notified of THEIR mistake with not giving me the banjo bolts in the kit...they were also notified that my car needed brakes ASAP....and what do they do? the ship me the bolts USPS!!!!...THE SLOWEST WAY TO ME POSSIBLE!!!!

TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, and irresponsible....basically what that move showed me was that they dont give a sh1t about me, my car, or my money.

Wow, you've had some bad luck! Be patient, I waited almost 4 months for my breaks. But then again I was told it would be a while upfront.

I dunno...MT said it will be "a few more days" count the weekend in there and then factor in any issues with the donkey that is delivering the bolts...it could be a month before I see them. lol.

bottom line...they should have overnighted them to me. al least used ups...but to use the slowest form of shipping available is just BS. They made the smallest effort possible to correct their mistake.

I bet you have yours on before I get mine on.

yeah they really shoulda overnighted or 2-day'ed them at the LEAST.

I have been at work since 7am....I just got home...I have been done with partying since I was 22....got plenty of sleep. I made this thread while I was at work....Trust me...you would be just as pissed. I have had these fvcking brakes for over a week and cant install them because of MT. I am venting...so what. also spreading the word of my experience.
