As the saying goes, one person's loss is another's gain. While I am glad to see soo many new members join today, I am also sadened at the same time. All of you guys are such great guys and while I am so glad to see you here, MD has suffered a great blow...even if they do not realize it.

While some of you may eventually choose to go back to MD (perhaps you already have or you plan to surf both sites), please know that you are welcome here. On behalf of the nearly 800 members, we want to benefit from your experiences, here your stories, and laugh with you. You are welcome to be a part of our brother-hood.

For the rest of the MT members who do not know who these guys are, let me just say this:

Pretend we are a HS FB Team and 15 Patriots just joined our lineup. That is the impact that these guys (and gals) will have on our great site.

As one of the Administrators of this site, welcome aboard and I look forward to reading your posts now and for many years into the future.

That's okay I don't want to be were I am not welcome. I bring a wealth of racing knowledge to share like how to drive all the way across the country only to get elimnated in the first round at NMRA events. I'll be happy to share tips on what not to do with a Mustang. I'm still working on the what to do stuff.

I have spent a fair amount of time over here helping out with some tech here and there when I can. You r level of tech is going to shoot thru the moon. These are all good guys that are coming over. Lot of racers, so a lot of our experience comes from the track. Glad to be welcomed.....

What happened at MD?

I guess I miss the drama when I hang out in the suspension and for sale sections.

 

It's a long and sorted story. We all used to hang out together in the smack talk over there. They shut it down on us and pissed a bunch of people off in the process.
By the way we also did alot of posting in tech also we are not just a bunch of smart asses, most of us race quite a bit and there are some very fast cars in our group, just not mine.

I think we need to do some more "Black Ops" over at the depot and recruit some more of thier senior members. Everyone thats joined here from MD in the last couple of days are well-seasoned in the tech world. Every one of us is a senior member there...a few are even Mods in some of the tech forums.

Sooner or later, their "Thread ****" ways will come back to haunt them :brave: <----definitely better smilies here, lol.
