2.8 comp is worthless for an everyday driven cobra. You need a built 4v motor to even think about using that 2.8. I know a guy with an 03 with just the 2.2l swap and he puts down 570/530 on 17 lbs. The dyno chart has a steep climb, then its flatline from like 2300 to redline.

That's freakin awesome i'm so jealous i want to get rid of my GT now for a Cobra. I just said something to my wife and she said she would divorce me if i sold mind for a cobra though. Oh well in a couple of years i will have both.
