Thumbs down Got busted

the following happend last night (saturday)

Well a couple of my buddies are in a band, the guitarists parents hosted a jam session/party for a bunch of people (just a bunch of freinds ages ranging from 15 to 24) it wasnt long before the alcohol was busted out.the band started playing everyone was getting tipsy, just a good ole time.

there was a problem. gay neighbors (TEN THIRTY) and you can basically see where we were at (not what we were doing) from a very main road. well at about 10:20 all of a sudden the lead singer stops singing, and says "...i think those are impala lights." he said it almost jokingly, so people kinda ignored him. next thing i see are flashing lights, and i am GONE, i ran from the po like a black man who just jacked a liqua sto'. i even ripped my pants on some barbed wire. (btw this whole time i was HAMMERED) i ran thru the forest (along with 30 other people scattering) but 2 po-po's intercepted us

i got charged with underage possesion and consumption of an ethyl alcohol, i have to go to court in september. the thing is i was never administered a sobritey test, or a BAC test, or even looked strait in the eye for that matter. apparently colorado has a law that states if a minor is in the vacinity of alcohol and people are drinking it, its an automatic summons. which would have pissed me off if i wasnt drunk as hell, i probably wouldve told em to do a BAC test. but thats not the policy.

oh well it was fun for a whole hour and a half..im not mad, it couldve been worse...they couldve searched my car..haha

They don't have to administer a BAC, you're a minor. Most states if it's under 16 years old, you can have your record cleared when you turn 18. Lucky they didn't get you for eluding arrest by running. Or worse, beat the sh*t out of you lol...

Keeping things in your car is stupid, you're gonna end up losing your car bro.

why do you say that? paul, you are a very ignorant, close minded person. i hope someday you will leave your sheltered, jesus worshiping, pretty much lame life it aint all candy and teddy bears out there. besides, hero worship is unhealthy.

and 1bads do you honestley think that? i didnt get busted for drugs, and its not like every pilot doesnt get compltletly wasted almost every weekend i dont think it will stop me from acheiving that goal. well..i hope. if so, maybe ill become a professional racer for ferarri. they need to make reinforced bumpers for me though

yeah that was pretty dumb, but in all honesty. if my car got taken from me, or impounded (ive been warned more than once ) i could go out, buy an 85 yota pick up, lifted..and have just as much fun. not as fast...but fun there's way more to life than a car.

Yeah, true but you don't wanna lose your car I'm sure. Probation is going to suck though lol I hated that ****. Gotta be in by 7:00pm, must check in each week, p.o. can show up at any time. Sucks man. Military is fine if that's what you're going into, they more so want honesty when they do your background checks for the security clearances. How old are you anyways?

if you get a dwi or anything like that while your in rotc, you will get kicked out in a split second. and if you have anything on your record before intering the rotc, you wont be accepted. just pray that your record gets cleared up. the air force is doing huge cut downs right now (ask DSDADDY). they will kick you out for the slightest thing. or they wont accept you for the littlest thing. i had to ask myself going through high school " is getting high and drunk worth blowing my chance of being a pilot. so i stopped doing all that sh*t. its not worth it. im lucky i learned that when i was a junior in high school. but ya dude just hope and pray that it gets off your record.

they po' actually said they were just responding to a noise complaint, but once everyone booked it..the gig was up..haha get it..a band was playing..a gig..ha..ha..

Sounds just like a party that was over here, cept no band. Bunch of hippies/emo kids smokin weed and drinkin, cops come for a noise complaint (Note: They were in a house), someone screams COPS COPS! Cops go in, arrest about 25-30 of them, about 20 got kicked from the school, idiots must have forgotten that the cops couldn't go in their house, but since they ran, they gave the police the right to go in there.

Dumbasses.

Exclamation Ummm....ok

I just read this forum, and wow you guys are interesting to read! I agree and disagree with a few of you. I agree that drugs are illeagal, but also that they are acceptable. I mean, i'm not going to judge someone based on their decisions. I don't know what your life is like, so i cant say "this is wrong" or "dont do it," but i also cant say i wouldnt do the same thing.

Yeah....I wouldn't go up to someone and say "You're bad!" or somethin stuipid like that...to me it's more like - if you f*** up with the stuff and end up in a car accident because of it (or anything else that can happen), just expect an "I told you so" attitude by the other people.
