People w/ Sunocos near them.
I saw this today while watching the Nascar race. Just slap the decal on from your local Sunoco and if you get spotted you instantly win gas and then you can register and could win 10,000 gas and cash. We dont have a Sunoco here, but i thought id bring it up on here.
