central NJ excessive heat...

today... It was 110* in the sun... yes one hundred and ten...

what sucked is that I do construction...

so there I was... in the sun (cause there ain't any shade nowheres)... 110*... with a shovel and a jack tamper....

lets just say... my back is 100% destroyed... took 8 advil... they do nothing...

pole + 110* + construction = extreme pain

I can't figure how I am gonna make it through the rest of the summer... this is redicilous

I was considering goin to a doctor... but I don't want to take off work... and if I do take off work I sure as hell aint goin to the doctor...

I thought if I would rest a bit over the weekend it might heal... idk... advil stoped working altogether... i take anymore I'll ****in over dose if thats even possible... I don't think I have any spinal damage... Maybe I tore a muscle or something...

exercising does make a huge difference in someone that does a labor intensive job. Think about it you are exercising to build, strengthen and condition your muscles to handle this type of stuff. I know when i stop working out for a month or 2 and go out and play my sports i can feel it but as long as I dont stop exercising I have no problems at all. Try it you might like it and you will feel 1000% better.

I built my house... At the age of 10 I was carrying double sheets of 4x8 sheetrock up a ladder to the 2nd story w/ my pops... then sit there after school and bang nails...

once the house was complete as well as several additions, I started going door to door mowing lawns, raking leaves, all in all, being a mexican...

Back has never hurt before...

the major point of this thread was the heat in NJ right now... I broght up having a sore back because the heat makes that hurt worse then it did from the accident...
