So, i am driving home from returning my tux, and i am waiting for a light to turn green so i can go. A green honda accord lines up next to me, obviousely i dont think much of it. He takes off like a bat out of hell, so i quickly match him, he keeps going so i downshift and blow by him. We continue speeding through back roads etc. until i decide to pull off into the school parking lot, because i was done risking ****. He takes a right before the school, i go around through the parking lot and end up behind 2 cars behind him. I take a right onto another back road directly behind him, but he is prolly 20 car lengths away, i speed up to him, he SLAMS his brakes so i have to swerve to the side while hitting my brakes, he swerves into the other lane attempting to get hit. We start going and he slams them again, stops, opens his door and walks over to me and tries to get me out of the car, calls me a queer and think im so cool etc. i just kinda said like 'calm down, what?' He said he would 'bleed me' ****ing punch me in the mouth. wow.
Got his lecense plate number but i really dont think i would have a case, this guy was ****ing crazy, road rage to the max. he couldnt have been much, if any older than me, scrawny, so truth be told if i wanted to i prolly could have taken him, i really should have gotten out of the car at the end because a black jeep grand cherokee pulled up, he could have helped or something, witness... he had a girl in his passenger seat...
i have to go again, i dont think i am goingto be racing anyone anytime soon unless i know them and talk to them ahead of time...

if you call them on a complaint like that they will atleast visit their house...i know from experience well i will tell the story...me and my friend were in his GT driving around after somethin school related i think...and we were messing around with a few girls that were the car behind us...so we started going like less than 10mph...the floor it and **** like that...well this older man and women in a SUV follow us...we start making multiple turns and they kept on following...then we turned into a damn culdisac or whatever they are called and they put their damn suv right in the way so we could not get out of that street...they were on the damn phone with the cops...so we had to go over a little bit of grass to get away...there are some damn crazy people out there that will want to get you in trouble for no reason!! well the cops came to my friends house...and they sent 2 damn cop cars! lol and all they did was they recieved a complaint about his driving and they just walked off...

 

cops can't do anything unless they see the "bad" driving...

They either need several witnesses, video, or personally see it...

If some douce calls the cops and complains how he's an idiot behind the wheel, the cops can't tell for sure whether its true, he exagerating, making a story up, or just an idiot...

well they didnt really do anything...they just showed up at his house and warned him

 

close to the same thing happened to me a few a weeks back except it was a pt crusier that tried to pass me in a turn lane on a back road behind some industrial parks, i didnt let him pass so he tried to run me off the road and thats when i had enough cause i wasnt going to get in a wreck with this crazy sob so i slowed down to a stop at a stop sign and he blows by me and almost gets tagged by a truck and then slows way down and starts swinging a bat at me out his car window and swerving back and forth trying to get me to pull up along side of him. There's some crazy people out there, i didnt mean to offend the guy if i did i was just having a little fun cause no one was around what so ever but use two, i never would have done somthing like that if there was people on the side of the road or cars around.

 

Again I say, should've beat his ***. He was the aggressor, you were the defender if it had gotten to fists. Any logical person would've believed they were in imminent danger. Therefore, you could've broken his *** in half and not have gotten into trouble.

 

so you raced him to aggrivate him, and continued on when he brake checked you more than once, and wonder why he is pissed?

Yeah, but we were no longer speeding, i was a good distance behind him, but there are blind turns on this road, so as i would come around the turn, there would be a stopped car on the other side... *****
i was pretty pissed, i scared myself too... i could feel my fist clenching the wheel and my left foot starting to come up as my right tapped the gas... just as he was turning to walk back to his car... i was going to run him over... it was so short but it seemed to last forever, I am 100% sure this kid was high, bloodshot eyes, messy appearance, MAJOR attitude problem, and skinny as ****, as most druggies seem to be around here...

 

they didnt do anything cause they couldnt.. lol
