driving up to my parents cabin tomarrow morning at around 6am. Its anywhere from 10-12 hours from orlando to Boone NC. so i will have some time on my hands. Atleast i got the g/f to **** around with for the whole week there.

 

I dont think you have enough bottles to make it up there hope you find some speed shops on the way...lol.....jk...have fun. Good idea bringing the g/f....gigity

It's very nice up there this time of year. NC mountains are beautiful. Try to find time to get on the viaduct. You will be amazed at the scenery from the raised highway. I'm going to maggie valley next month. And i'm actually looking forward to some peaceful mountain drives. And also bring a jacket or a sweatshirt cause summer up in the blueridge can get chilly at night..

And also go gem mining. It's cheap and fun to do. They're everywhere on those scenic routes..

Took me only 9 hours and 30 mins from orlando to boone, is that good? lol.

Ah its soo much niver and cooler here. its nice to have some low 70's outside rather then upper 90's.

I did kill my whole bottle though ice

not really, it takes me 8 1/2 - 9 hours to get to boone from west palm beach, im about 2 hours south of you. i was just in ashville and boone last week. im buying property in greenville south carolina (about 30-40 mins south of ashville).
