Well, in two short weeks, it will finally be that time. :)

I'm going to buy an 03 Sonic Blue Cobra, 20k miles on the clock..for $21,800. The cool thing about it, is I'm actually gonna pay for it my self. With 2 jobs ;)
The thing is FLAWLESS...and stock (except for bumper letter inserts) The only 2 things that have to happen in order for me to get it, is I can't fail math...and it has to still be there in two weeks. i dont think so. I believe something about the 4v and 2v engine make them uncompatible. You'll see headers for mach's and cobras and them separate headers for GT's. but i dunno for sure

cat back and mid pipe should work... i cant see why they wouldnt... gt mid pipes and catbacks can be used on the v6s... and thats a difference in cylnders... not valves...

eh it will be fine, i'm gonna finance it...and I dont know how much theyre giving me...hopefull around 13-14 for mine....and one of my jobs is only about 2 hours a week...and ill be makin like 500 a month

Congrats Jon, its going to be awesome.

Now I have to put on my party pooping taste of reality suit:
FIRST OF ALL. MAKE SURE YOU WILL HAVE ENOUGH TO PAY FOR THIS CAR THE WHOLE TERM OF THE LEASE.

What I mean is, dont count on always having two jobs, ESPECIALLY going into college, because I have to tell you, if it comes to driving a cobra or getting a good education and not losing my scholarship, Im going with the schooling. Dont kill yourself trying to pay for the car, its not worth it.

Second, make sure you part your whole car out and sell the parts. That was almost 1500 bucks for me, so its worth the time it takes.

Congrats but dont get it if you really cant afford it. Whats the use of thaving a Cobra when you cant afford to put gas in it. You will be working the rest of your life in the future so make sure you have enough cash to go out and enjoy yourself now.

Just read your first post. I have a different outlook on life, I will never get two jobs to buy or have something unless its food on the table for my family. If I want to make more money I will get a job that pays more but not work more hours as I dont want to take time away time from my family. If you have 2 jobs then you are living beyond your means or you are seriously underated in your first job so go out and get another.
