wow, you guys are a tough crowd! Not sure if it's jealousy or what, but who cares the guy is freaking LOADED and wants to buy expensive cars and put them away. It's better than spending $50 million on gambling like John Daly.

I would have no problem buying all those cars if I was stinking rich, but the only difference is I would drive them....so I agree with you guys on that.

 

this isnt a debate about fishing. you didnt read my post... i never said everyone likes fishing, i said im sure almost every guy has tried it. if you havent then how the hell would you know you hate it?

if he is so busy (which you dont know because you dont even know who he is) then how does he have so much time to get let these people come up and view his museum??? you're not looking at both sides... i already said the cars are cool but i hate seeing them sit in some guys garage not being used... there's no point in buying these cars if you're not going to use them UNLESS they are used as trophys... thats what its all about for people with lots of money... bragging rights. "yeah i have about 20 million dollars worth of cars back home in my garage..." "oh man you're so cool, i wish i could be just like you"

 

Probably buy a bunch of cars. They may not be what was in that guys garage but who cares? If I were loaded, I would get every car that I have ever wanted. Would I drive them? yes. Would I care what anyone else thought of me collecting cars and speculating if I drive them or not? no.

 

What would you do? I bet you are just surrounded with family and friends right? And how is Jay Leno un related? He is a car enthusiast just like the guy with the garage.....right?

While I do think cars were meant to be driven I don't think it really matters if that guy drives them or not. Hell keep the miles off them and when he dies down the road and his collection gets parted out people will be able to get all these awesome cars with low mileage. Somebody will more than likely get use out of those cars whether it's with him or somebody else in 30 years. It's his choice to spend the money but I don't think somebody that buys a buncha cars for bragging rights is a real car enthusiast.

How do you know he doesnt drive them? He may drive them all the time, you have no idea. Just because he has a ton of exotic cars doenst mean they arent driven.

The reason he asked people to not tell others where his cars are because it would be my guess he doesnt want people comming to steal them. His building may not even be on the same property as his house. I wouldnt want people taking my 10 million dollar car collection either.

If he has the means to buy all those cars, good for him. Thats awesome that he has them, even if he doesnt drive them they are cool cars. But you have NO CLUE if he does or does not drive them.

It sounds like you are jealous for him having all of those cars when you call him a loser and idiot. I guess it just doenst make sense to me to hate on him.
