Default Got my exhaust today.

Flowmasters are on. Chrome rolled tips, Looks and sounds great... NOW the bad news. Them guys cut my brake line installing. Got down the road and pedal to the floor. Took it back and brake fluid dripping from everywhere.. F--k, They cleaned up my underside and fixed the hose but now the ABS is acting whacky. Pedal aint where it was before and I gotta get up early Wed. and take it back so they can reset the ABS. Just my friggin luck. If they can't it right I guess I can take it to Ford for fixing. And send them the bill..

This guy has been doing exhaust work for a long time but it was one of his employees who f--ked up.. I'm trying to hold a warm fuzzy feeling about his work. Come wed, I'll know for sure.. I'll take some pics and a vid for my after exhaust post in vids.. Sucks to be me at times.. LoL :censored:

Ouch! Their shop insurance should cover your repairs. Now imagine if you would have crashed.

easy. pull the wheels off and brake lines are exposed behind. When you are squirming the catback in, you might grab that line just right and it might feel like a snag so you push, and SNAP.

I talked to the guy who worked on it. (he was escpecially nice to me, imagine that) He said he cant believe he cut the hose. It was cut right above the axle housing. He probably was muscleing the pipes in and squashed it or something. I waited an extra 2 hours to get my car ( it was 7:30 PM before I finally left there) with only half my brake pedal. The more I think about the madder I get. I missed supper and everything, plus was getting a massive headache and no goody powders. I wanted to get home in time to clean her up and take some pics and a vid clip. This was my only day off for the forseeable future.. Now i gotta worry bout brake failure till it gets fixed.. Anyway here's a sloppy pic of the new tips I got. I'll get her cleaned up and pic ***** later..

Eh, let it roll off your back and just be thankful for what happened happening the way it did. Couldve been wrapped around a tree or something. Sorry it ruined your day off, but it sounds like they are going to take great care of you man. Car looks great btw with the new tips.
