Just noticed tonight that when I turn my high beams on, my fog lights turn off. Is everyones like that? How can I get around this?

My stupid stock fogs were never bright enough to tell..but these Roush lights are bright at hell. I can drive with my headlights off with just parking lights and fogs and they are just as bright as normal headlights, if not brighter. It sure would be nice to have all of them working on these dark *** roads around here.

There is a solution that fixes this problem.
Remove your fog light relay under your hood and cut the tab as shown in the pics, it works AWESOME!!

I'venoticed some 99-04 GT's drivin around with their headlights on normal, but their fogs are off. I can turn the fogs off, but only by holding in the fog button by the TCS button. Are there some GT's that can have their fogs stay on/off with just pushing the button?

Yeah, i thin ki remember hearing that it was a legal thing... NY has a law that they two cant be on at the same time or some garbage. My old V6 could have the fogs runnign at the same time, or without my corners on, because of the way it was wired. Does cutting that relay off of our GT's allow us to have just fogs on without corner 'parking' lights?

I just noticed my side markers arent working any more. I have to check the fuses tomorrow. No front turn signals...

...yes? you press the button, and they come on. If you put youer headlights on high, they will go off. if you turn your headlgihts off, they will go off.

Stop touching them with your fingers as you install them.

You could also try this method. It is basically rewiring your switch.

http://www.corral.net/tech/

Go to the exterior section, then rewire 99 cobra foglights

I did this mod back when I first got my car. Coupled with my other "Light" modification, I don't have ANY problem seeing when my highbeams are on.

No, you didn't see them at DynoDay? You really can't tell they are there during the day unless you kneel down.
At night, however, that is a different story.
I get a lot of compliments on them.

so do you have to have the light bar thingy(where you throw the high beams on) clicked forward (low beams, i think)to be able to set the fogs on and off? Because when I turn my lights on normal, I can hold the fog button and theyll turnoff, but theres no way(that ive tried) to just press the button and they go off

On my 05 GT, the fogs go out too, but to be honest, the highs are so bright, that the fogs would just be ineffectual anyways.
