I'm going to recommend you install the springs and nitrous yourself its fairly easy but if you have the money for someone to install it go to Lamotta for the gears they charge like $250 if i'm correct. I dont know if they will install the nitrous or not.
Like I siad install the nitrous and springs yourself its easy and will save you some money

i've read the walkthroughs with the install of the Nitrous, and I got all the physical install parts down, but how hard is the electronics?

Its pretty simple, just hook up some grounds, 12 switched power scource, consistant 12v source etc.. i mean if you cna fallow directions and use wirer crimpers etc.. its not tuff. I am sure you got to have a freind who knows how to wire stereo's i bet they can help.

Well that should be the easy part. Think of it this way you dont want that to go off unless your at WOT so you put it in the spot that when you T/B goes down all the way that it gets triggered.
Also if you meaning how it gets wired in if you think of the circuit is complete basically cut a wire and splice that thing in there so you have the switch that arms it but still wont go off until WOT is triggered
